Mike Shanahan

The coaching decision by Mike Shanahan to bench quarterback Donovan McNabb in the 4th quarter against the Detroit Lions only down by six points is beyond baffling.  Sure, McNabb has had very pedestrian numbers this year but the team is winning and are right in the thick of things for the NFC East division lead.  Not sure if anybody has noticed but the surrounding cast of McNabb is average at best.  He throws to Santana Moss, Chris Cooley, and some receiver with the last name Armstrong.  This is absolutely NOTHING!!  For this future Hall of Fame coach to bench the future Hall of Fame QB for Rex f*cking Grossman is one of the most head scratching moves Shanahan has ever made.

Bret Farve would never be benched for having a stat line 17/30 210yds 1TD and 1INT.  Are you kidding me???  Coach way to instill confidence in your team for the rest of the year.  Your excuse was LAME and completely bullsh*t. To say that Rex Grossman is more familiar with the terminology and is better equipped to run a 2 minute drill than McNabb, six time pro bowler, is thee dumbest thing I have ever heard.  You have a better chance on selling me to drink bleach than believing that.

Mike Shananhan we SPIT on you.
